Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company is voluntarily executing a recall for the Volante Sit-Stand product sold or distributed during the period of October 1, 2016 and February 15, 2019.

To make this as simple as possible for you, we have arranged for a qualified technician to replace the cylinders at your location at no cost to you. Please email customer.service@kv.com or call 1-888-667-1501 to schedule replacement of the cylinders – estimated to take about 30 minutes per desk.

Please have the following information ready to ensure timely scheduling of your appointment:

• number of desks to be fixed
• serial numbers (LOT NO), located on the right cylinder bracket under the desk
• locations of the desk(s), if available
