Tom brings extensive financial leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Alchemy Analytical Group, following prior CFO roles at Lane Automotive and Charter Industries. Earlier in his career, Tom held progressively senior finance positions at Chrysler, Whirlpool, and Lippert Components. He holds an MBA from Oakland University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Central Michigan University.

Cheri brings more than 25 years of experience in the HR industry with a strength in leadership, compliance, and talent acquisition. During her career she has led teams responsible for recruiting, sales, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compensation, compliance, and more. She holds a degree in business management and is currently pursuing SHRM certification.

Cheri will deploy talent management strategies that drive achievement of business goals. She is a results focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions to help companies utilize the full power of their people.
